Director
Mark Collins
Mark, holds a Certificate of Registration on Engineers Australia’s National Engineering Register (NER), and has over three decades of experience in project management for sports facilities. A former Technical Services Manager at Tennis Victoria (1998-2007), as the Director of CTV, he oversees all aspects of CTV’s consulting services, ensuring that each project is executed to the highest standards.

Bruce Watkins
With an extensive background in chemical engineering, Bruce brings a technical and analytical approach to project management and to marketing of the Company. He specializes in the day-to-day supervision and project administration for CTV where great attention to detail is paramount.
Technical Writer
GRAEME GILLEN
Graeme is responsible for preparing tender documentation packages and providing technical advice as needed. His extensive IT skills and long standing ‘hands on’ general involvement with sports facilities ensures precise, cost competitive and tailored ‘fit for purpose’ project specifications and support documentation.
